I'm so glad she got you because the other night was wonderful. I love you both and I hope we get to do it again very soon. Michael thinks you are wonderful. I already knew you were.

I thought that I talked too much....
We also had a good time and would love to do that again.
I really loved getting to know you in a less crowded setting - all our other meetings have taken place in a crush of people.
love bs
(if you like I will send you the bean and the cobbler recipes)

Please send me the recipes. I would especially love to try the beans--string beans are a favorite in this house and new ways to do them are wonderfully welcome. The cobbler, too! After our cobbler ambrosia I went looking for blackberries around our 2 1/2 acres--hardly a berry! that is so hard to believe in this land of blackberries, but we do have some kind of blueberry type of bush everywhere. Until I can identify it I don't want to take the chance it's poison. All I know for sure is it isn't Oregon Grape.....

Brown Shoes--I don't have your email address so can't nag you about those recipes directly. I would so love to have them. Alas, the berries and the beans are out of season now, but for next year?

Thanks for the recipes--I love them. Yes, thighs, butter! I always use butter. Last week we had a bunch of rottening peaches and so I made a cobbler and today I made pumpkin cookies--I have the Fall Baking Bug. Your recipes are easy for me to understand--no problem with measuring or not. I used to make muffins all the time with no recipe and with whatever was in the kitchen.
